Unable to upload 30kb image to profile #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to upload logo/photo to profile page
2. Click "Upload" and the new image does not appear
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see my selected image in the profile picture box. Instead, I saw 
the placeholder silhouette.
