no documentation #104

Documentation is missing.

A couple of detailed examples on the home page would be a great start.

Actually, you can download the source and run `python setup.py build_doc` and 
have 
some HTML epydoc documentation (generated from docstrings) available at 
file:///__your-prefix__/couchdb-python/doc/api/index.html

Never the less, a well thought standalone documentation would be awesome. Like 
in 
CouchDB-Kit, for example.

We now have basic documentation at http://packages.python.org/CouchDB/. Please 
open specific bugs about things that you'd like to see explained/improved there.
