json-lib debugging statement left behind #82

On line 125 in couchdb.json, there's a debug statement left behind that
prints 'Using stdlib json' when simplejson is not available. This seems
like it's not good. Can we do a quick 0.6.1 with this fixed?

Shouldn't that have gone on the 0.6.x branch?

Under the current model, everything goes into trunk first, and bug fixes get 
backported/merged to the stable 
branch.
