MAME72 doesn't have an M68k CPU which can decrypt the Sega 16 bit games, this came much later
however we can get around this by using pre-decryted CPU 1 roms not ideal but after i fixed up the graphics
sound and inputs another Sega classic in Turbo Outrun is at least fully playable in this ole core.
As a rule users would do the following and merge these romsets to create a working version a dat will
help right enough...........
toutrun.zip + toutrund = working
toutrun3.zip + toutrun3d = working
