FPS unlocker doesn't work when in fullscreen #279

When I'm in fullscreen the fps is set to 60 but when I'm in minimized the fps is unlocked

This happens specifically when i say "no" to the vulkan request. (I don't prefer the vulkan texture)

Any fixes?, FPS unlocker in fullscreen worked when RCO was still a thing.

there is a setting in Mac that just makes it stop working when full screening idk know where that is tho :[
