Shadows don't work ingame #292

Everything works fine except the shadows, though i should note that i did use the Vulkan Render to run the fps unlocker and i'm using a intel all-in-one iMac but not a external display I reinstalled the FPS unlocker and that did nothing any clues one way the shadows don't work?

Sorry for the long line of reopened and closed it wasn't updating for me anyways i don't know why i closed this but the problem still remains.
