i think i have no choice but to delete the deployment but then i redeploy i'm guessing i'm going to have the same problem with management certificates and what not which requires redoing all three steps again which is wild...

so incredibly just deleting the thign and redeploying seem to work just fine... although i have to add the identity provider back manually everytime which seems really inefficient - weird how i cannot add it in code...

weirdly i had to update allowed token audiences 194094976957-s4uccitb516kkvcra1brbbe40398i6rl.apps.googleusercontent.com but by luck the web url generated was the same

actually it is fine i had copied the wrong client id from google
