It would be nice to see implementation examples for MTAs (or even the
different ways different sites have implemented it, even if they're using
the same MTA).

For example, I'll be working up an implementation for using APER with
CommuniGate Pro ... and I'll be happy to contribute that.

But it would be interesting to see how people have implemented it on other
MTAs.  Sendmail milters, Sendmail access files, etc.

There are example scripts in svn that convert the list to various MTA file 
formats.

Keep in mind that this list should be used with caution since there is a 
likelihood
that there will be false positives (we are dealing with compromised accounts 
here.) 
So, I think that the default way to use this list is to scan your logs for 
outbound
messages to addresses on the list.
