三星S3上识别不准确 #1

在三星S3机器上 识别的闪光点不准确，而且有些情况下无法识别。即使二维码对焦到非常清楚。还是无法识别。

基于2年前zxing的代码做的精简和改动，代码已经很老旧。。主要就是添加竖屏支持功能，可以对比代码，自己修改最新的zxing https://github.com/laomo/Zxing/commit/716df4d2b327e7f2a1e82ca49d066e9ace9b2ece

后续也许会更新。。
