KMZ import doesn't import textures from SketchUp 7.1.4871 #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import the attached kmz file.
2. See the texture isn't imported.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN r931

Please provide any additional information below.

The attached patch seems to fix this problem: loader.name contains the 
larger part of the path ("models/untitled/texture0.jpg") than img_url 
("untitled/texture0").

KMZ produced in SketchUp 7.1.4871.
