raw_name : the name as it appears in the source-text. Used in the error messages. New.
bid stands for box identifier : the raw name converted in ASCII, uppercases and with all spaces replaced by underscores. Used internally. Replaces name, which was ambiguous and not descriptive enough.
name_view : the name as it is displayed in the diagrams and in the conversions (MLD, SQL, etc.). Unchanged.
From the user point of view, these modifications have two visible effects:
Mocodo is no more case or accent sensitive. This tolerance may be useful when referring to an entity in an association clause.
The sort order of the tables is based on the bid versions: ÉTUDIANT should not be appear after PROF anymore.
