Describe the bug

For example less … or git log can't be navigated with arrow keys or scroll wheel.

No, that issue is about lack of scrollbar

That is exactly what #1654 is about (filed by me), minus the mouse-scroll-wheel.

and that's what I said, that it's about lack of scrollbar (https://github.com/lapce/lapce/issues/1654), which is not the same as not being able to navigate a pager program in terminal (https://github.com/lapce/lapce/issues/2040)
