App Installation

• Install App
• Hits callback '/github/install'
• Exchange code for user access token, store in DB. This will allow us to call api endpoints on behalf of a user.
• Generate Installation Access Token - This token will allow us to get installation details like authorised repos etc

• [ ] Storing runs on the DB, the api doesn't return run ID when dispatching a new workflow run
• [x] Caching API responses
• [x] Sub Tests
