[x] sort session list by id/date DESC
[x] don't show 0 passed or 0 failed in run list (keep in log)
[x] don't show status column in run list
[x] remove Picked by Runner column and use HTML title attribute to show this information on duration column in run list
[x] fix error in run list after initiated new run for a single service
