Move MOODLE-CB URL to moodle.lappis.rocks #56

Exclude access by lappis.unb.br for moodle-cb, and create subdomain moodle.lappis.rocks. Also delete Dot Project and Mysql machines. Create backup of Mysql-Database machine.
