update step#3 for new API version #17

following these points:

  1. experimental for this step is now all included in org.lappsgrid.all
  2. need to specify what classes need to be imported for here

typo: option#2 - IO infor - language : this should be a listed value.

NOTE: everything with experimental in the (package) name has been deprecated and all references should be removed. I do not believe any experimental packages exist in org.lappsgrid.all anymore. If so, they should be removed.
