URL field #14

The ServiceMetadata class has a URL field for the URL used to invoke the service... but in general services do not know the URL endpoint they have been deployed to.

Should this field be deprecated and removed? It is highly unlikely any service makes use of this field.

Deprecate in 1.4.0 (or any prior point release) and remove in 2.0
