These are wrapped but could use a few fixes/additions.

  1. The metadata are not correct.
  2. Update the wrapped Stanford parser so that you can select a model, as with http://galaxy.lappsgrid.org/root?tool_id=stanford.ner2_2.0.0

point 1 is migrated to lappsgrid-services/edu.brandeis.cs.uima.dkpro#7 @marcverhagen could you elaborate a bit on the second point? The link seems to be dead now.
