compiling pde files in atmel studio 6 #465

I want to compile pde files which take place in arducopter 2.6 by using atmel 
studio 6.when i try to compile each pde file seperately it works. However,when 
i include all files as alibrary in as6 i come up against error. how can i solve 
this problem?

To my knowledge AVR studio is not supported. AVR studio does not support 
crossplatform development
