COPTER_LEDS disable RSSI #476

Arducoper since 2.5.3 / APM2

When COPTER_LEDS is ENABLE (default value), it's impossible to read RSSI value 
from analog port 8. 

It will be nice to have a separate value to enable or disable RSSI and to 
disable COPTER_LEDS only for the RSSI port when RSSI is enable.
