Hi I cannot find config/app.php. where must find it?

Error: Class "Nurkarim\Zkteco\Http\Library\ZKLib" not found in file C:\xampp\htdocs\Projects\MTTMG\vendor\laradevsbd\zkteco-sdk\src\Http\Library\ZktecoLib.php on line 12... I am also getting this error
