It is actually the developer guide that contains the actual problem statement. The above screenshot was simply a brief introduction to the application for the user itself. We put the problem statement in the developer guide because it will be developers who need the problem statement to continue building the application in the right direction. The user guide, on the other hand, is meant for users and such information would be redundant for them

The user guide states that it aims to get patient management tasks done faster than GUI tasks. However, by initial reading, I was slightly unclear about what the problem statement was. For example, is CogniCare aiming to help doctors view a summary of their patient appointments? Or is it meant to allow students to book their own appointments on a common application?

This bug is of low severity level because I can still assume the problem statement after testing the application. :)
