Mentions of address book in the user guide #7

There are mentions of "address book", which can be confusing since CogniCare is a patient appointment management tool. In this case, an expected term would be "appointment book"

We wish to mention that the example that was specifically brought up with in relation to adding a Student into the CogniCare application - where it would still be correct to say that the Student is added into the Address Book portion of the CogniCare application.

Unfortunately after careful consideration, we have decided to classify this issue as NotInScope. We appreciate your feedback - and once again, thank you for sharing with us on how we can improve on the CogniCare application.
