Action with TimeField not working

• Nova Version: 3.30.0
• Browsers: Firefox 93.0, Chrome 94.0, Safari 15.0

Description:

When you open a time picker and start changing the time, the action modal closes.

Action with TimeField works fine on Nova 3.29.0.
