If no blog category is selected, all categories use blog theme #60

Haven't validated that this happens with a vanilla install yet - will do that next.

If one had previously selected a "blog category" and then renames that category later, all other category pages revert to the blog layout not the portfolio layout.

Looks like maybe there's no check to see if the category currently set as the blog category exists before calling the filter?

If I have time to create a pull request patch I will
