Show total comments and ability to reply and like to a particular comment #39

As the title says, the total comments count should be displayed and there should be a feature available for users to like/dislike and reply to a particular comment.

Being able to mention someone may be easier or quote replies...but when you can respond to replies you open up the nested set door and that may not be the best for Larastream.

I don't want to get too crazy on nested responses. I do think the @ tagging is needed.
