Privacy settings for Larastream #42

All users of Larastream should have the opportunity to set up their profile by various privacy settings. For Europe, it should be compatible with the new General Data Protection Regulation.

For Christ's sake. GDPR is going to screw everyone over. It's hard for some smaller sites to determine who in fact is an EU citizen or not because Larastream does not have address' for any users. I don't even think IPs or Timezones can be a good way to determine where users are as they can be spoofed easy. The only thing Larastream can do to comply with GDPR is to delete all data on request and provide any data on request. Really that's it...all the other stuff is common sense. Unless I'm flat out missing something. Personally, I've considered blocking all EU users from some of my sites because of VAT and now GDPR...then again, I don't own Larastream so I have no real say. These are just my opinions.

I just wanted to refer to GDPR as a disscussion because Americans and Europeans have different views on data security, what I know. How the founder of Larastream will work it out at the end, is his own thing. But for me, even if I'm not in a position of streamers, would it be good not to be found by Google for example. Being found everywhere may sometimes be good, but I also see it as a big negative point and experienced it already as a negative point. That's just one example now. I also see it now that Larastream may be still small, but I think that platform will be bigger in the near future and then you need visions how Larastream should be.
