[Idea/Discussion] Banning users as a streamer or normal user #52

Even if I'm not a streamer and I don't know what tools would have a streamer available on LaraStream. From Twitch, I know that there can be annoying users on a Stream. On Twitch, I think there you have the opportunity to ban someone from chat. It's just a thought or something for a discussion but maybe as a streamer you could have the opportunity to ban someone from chat or your current stream or from your profile too.

But as a normal user you should have as well the opportunity to ban someone.

I think this definitely makes sense on Twitch, but If I was running larastream I'd probably hold off until there was an incident... The Laravel community is pretty amazing and I doubt larastream will see many issues that would require banning someone.
