It's just another idea of me, but what would be if a streamer would have the opportunity to assign a request to him to turn a request into a stream. Together with the submitter, he could have the opportunity to plan how the stream should be, if the request is too unclear. Through these actions he also could show how helpful he would be for the Larastream community. For that, it would be also possible to rewarded the streamer with a user badge on its profil or something else.
I hope, it will be a bit clear, what my thought behind is.
Maybe it would be also fine, to make more clear, for what the requests now are, after the feature requests have been moved.
