One of the features on twitch when viewing a VOD is that the chat will replay somewhat in sync with the video. This would be a bit nicer for viewers that don't catch streams live so they can follow along with chat in context. Seems like you could store some sort of time elapsed offset on chat messages to implement the same feature?
