Upgrade Tailwind CSS to v2 #77

I went through the upgrade documentation of Tailwind CSS and Tailwind UI. For the steps concerning tailwind.config.js I'm not sure if my adjustments are complete. I didn't take over the components from UI again but just replaced the deprecated classes.
