Hi @atymic

This PR introduced test cases.

PhpUnit and Mockery packages has been updated to latest
phpunit config xml has been updated to work with latest version
FcmChannel class should fail on any kind of exception, not just on MessagingException

I can add gh-actions yml to run tests on GitHub itself, let me know your thoughts.
