Translate csrf.md (v9.x) #470

There are some words I'm not sure how to translate in Chinese or are they been translated properly, so if there are any weird translation, please tell me and I will try to modify them.

抱歉我之前沒看到wiki有寫到常用的專有名詞翻譯及中文的規範，我把一些名詞改成規範的了。
