Update logo to support dark/light theme #1538

This changes follows the same logic as done to https://github.com/laravel/pennant/pull/79, https://github.com/laravel/pail/pull/20, https://github.com/laravel/pint/pull/237 and https://github.com/laravel/horizon/pull/1500.
