Description:

Metric that utilizes Resources filters (has refreshWhenFiltersChange set to true) refreshes itself TWO times after ONE filter change.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue on a fresh Nova installation:

• create Metric for a Model
• create Resource for this Model with filterable field or fields
• assign Metric to the Resource with refreshWhenFiltersChange enabled
• open Resource page
• click Filters and change one of its values
