Install script fails when parent folder contains spaces. #3

If uav_ros_simulation is cloned inside a parent folder called "Parent Folder" the installation immediately fails with message: /home/$USER/Parent does not exist.
Also fix the similar issue when installing uav_ros_stack separately.
