Docs: Example link to blog.erezsh.com dead #1387

The link in "How to write a DSL - Implements a toy LOGO-like language with an interpreter" (referenced here: https://github.com/lark-parser/lark/blob/master/docs/index.rst?plain=1#L118) seems to be broken as https://blog.erezsh.com doesn't load (for me...corp proxy issues?).

The content is available via Wayback Machine, but if @erezsh was OK with it (as the blog's copyright is his and didn't seem to have a free license as of 2018) I could put it into the docs so it's not external and can live on. Even if the external site is just down temporarily, it would still be nice to have in the same place. Just let me know!

Hi @nicktimko , thanks for letting me know! I don't know what went wrong, but I restarted the machine and it works now.

Either way, if you still want to add it to the docs, that's perfectly fine by me!

P.S. sorry it took me so long to respond. I somehow missed the notification.
