Create a single site header to be used across all pages. should include a navigation component to link other pages, login/logout, and cart

Action Items

[x] title/logo should be left aligned and link to the homepage
[ ] everything else should be right aligned, ordered as below:
- [ ] navigation text - page names with links pages, evenly spaced (hall of fame, generate random flavors)
- [x] navigation links should only be clickable from other pages
- [x] navigation links should indicate current page
- [ ] login/logout - should reflect login status (if user is logged in, show logout. if user is not logged in, show logout)
- [ ] cart icon links to cart page
