We need to populate homepage with freezer and ice cream options to be chosen by users.

Action Items

[ ] title
[x] freezer with 10 options (two rows: 5 randomly generated, 5 from hall of fame)
- [ ] ice cream flavor buttons/cards
- [ ] image of ice cream flavor
- [ ] text of ice cream flavor name
- [ ] link to single product page
- [ ] add button for user-generated ice creams
