incremental model improvements #39

This updates the reporting model to contain validation methods to be used in the future with new codegen along with enum codegen changes as described in https://github.com/larksystems/nook/pull/412

It also updates dev.dart so that it prints a reminder to me to use localhost rather than 127.0.0.1
