Create a (page? list?) for Celia/Simon to list instructors who are willing to teach online. I'll need the list to have the instructor's name, their contact information, and a description of what/which instrument they'll be teaching.
I think this should just be a simple list; I'm sure we could link to instructor bios, but that seems like overkill.
