Lack of SRA reported as warning

In my wxMupen64Plus frontend, warnings are shown as popups for the user to see. 
One annoying popup is that the first time you run a game, you get a message 
that the SRA file could not be read - which is course normal, it can't exist 
since it's the first time the game is run.

I suggest that if the file does not exist, this be reported as an info message 
and not a warning (if the file is there but not readable this is another story)
