1280x800 resolution isn't available #443

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): ubuntu
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64 bits
 - Mupen64Plus version: Last version in ubuntu natty repositorys 
 - Plugins used: Glide64

For visual artifacts, give:
- game name and CRC/MD5 hash (printed on console)
- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors,
etc)

Describe the problem: This is a general problem from all versions of 
Mupen64plus, basically the 1280x800 resolution isn't available. 

Please provide any additional information below.

The version in natty isn't the newest version. The 1.99.4/hg doesn't have that 
option dialog and should therefore fix that problem automatically. Also Glide64 
is a third party plugin and not directly supported by Richard.

I would guess that it makes this bug invalid, but I will check whether it is 
still some kind of problem with Glide64

The 1.99.x versions of Glide64 (along with the other video plugins) will indeed 
honor any width and height you enter into the config file or specify on the 
command line.

If you are still encountering an issue in the latest version of Glide64, please 
post an issue here: https://bitbucket.org/wahrhaft/mupen64plus-video-glide64
