数据库选型 #2

目前的sqlite是临时方案，需要改为postgresql之类数据库

migration 中创建的所有数据库字段均考虑到了不同数据库，都是用的标准字段，没有用特殊功能，可以自由的在 ActiveRecord 支持的任何 SQL 数据库之间切换。
