Add a guide to install

It's a piece of basic knowledge for installing Folder Plugins/Non-phar Plugins in PMMP. There're two ways for you.

  1. Download the code as zip, unzip it, put it under the plugins folder, install DevTools plugin
  2. Download the code as zip, go to PocketMine Tools website (https://pmt.nathfreder.dev/), use the zip to phar tool.

The methods apply on every plugin so it's unnecessary to add a guide here.

I mean, he probably know how to install it but have no clue how to setup this :shrug: Also, this project is most likely to get postponed due to my work

Nah i dont know ho to use .zip plugins

So i just put the folder in plugins directory

For that, we have poggit continuous integration to build PocketMine projects directly to .phar format, you can download it directly here: https://poggit.pmmp.io/ci/larryTheCoder/SkyWarsForPE

These builds have problems one of them is that signs dont work

Fyi, the issues opened are already been known and being noted on my discord #todo-list channel I just do not fix them yet
