On Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, Android upgrader popup didn't show up #361

So we tested the app on prod for upgrader popup with minappversion, On most of the Android users it worked. But on a specific device it did not. It was "Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC" I will provide the device details below with image. Unfortunately I don't have logs for that device.

What we are asking is, is there a known bug for Xiaomi based or devices that have similar specs of what I provided below.

I don't see how the behavior of the upgrader package would be impacted by a specific device and there are no known issues AFAIK. Perhaps that device does not allow Internet access or access to https://play.google.com/store/apps.
