Version string #80

Add a command to see the version installed. Not sure if this is really relevant. This may be useful if the user has other version other than the one from MELPA. It could become an "About" page in the future, also.

This fails when building in a tree with uncommited changes. I have just worked on another solution, which actually calls (describe-package 'forth-mode).
