Another fix for forth-spec using https://forth-standard.org #99

I think forth-spec needs more fixing. Without the patch, names like :NONAME and others that contain non-alphabetic characters aren't recognized.

The patch also contains a workaround for https://forth-standard.org/standard/alpha which no longer (?) ends with .html. Perhaps it would be better if forth-spec-url-2012 whould point directecly to that document but if we change that now, everybody who has customized it will be annoyed.
