Add word format for Bruce Baumgart's "data8". #69

One 36-bit word stored right aligned per 64-bit word. The 64-bit word is stored little endian in eight octets.

Baumgart's Saildart tools use this format for binary files. The earliest DART.DMP I found is supplied as a sample.
