Default icon remains #113

Hallo, when I start ocra with parameter --icon, it adds defined icon (ico file) to exe with neutral language setting, but it also preservers the default icon with american english language setting. When I specify icon, i don't need any other icon, that could appear on some obscure regional settings.

I have the same issue. I'm running Ocra with ocra main.rb --icon .\appicon.ico

The icon still ends up being the default ruby gem icon.
